It seems like Celebrity Crime is something that the public seems to be fascinated with. Then again, how can we blame them? The media will STETCH a 5 minute incident into a made for TV movie because, let’s face it: WE LOVE TO WALK IN THE SHOWS OF FAMOUS PEOPLE!! That is UNTIL THEY GET INTO TROUBLE!! Being a celebrity is somewhat of a double edged sword because the same things most people get a “slap on the wrist for” like smoking weed (Michael Phelps)…celebs can lose MILLIONS of dollars over. But it’s those same MILLIONS that can get a person like OJ Simpson (DUMMY) off of a murder wrap. With that being said, it’s time to WEIGH IN on a few topics below:

Vick is on the way “out”. TI and Maydoff are on the way “in”….and Chris Brown, well “stay tuned!!” But let’s put a view issues on the table? Who made the BIGGEST MISTAKE? Who deserves WHATEVER is coming to them? Who deserves a break? Who have you lost TOTAL respect for? TI, Maydoff, Michael Vick, Michael Phelps, Michael Tyson, Michael Jackson and all the OTHER MICHAELS have one thing in common…CASES. Your thoughts??:

Holidays: What’s All The Fuss About?

Well…EASTER is on the way!!! We just left Valentine’s Day and Christmas just before that!! Oh wait…..let’s not for get all the money spent on New Year’s Eve. Oh and Christmas Eve and before that….Thanksgiving. You get the point. Have holidays become nothing more than fuels pumps for retail chains? Has “society” actually set the calendar up so that Christmas Eve/Day, New Years Eve/Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Spring Breaks, Graduation Days, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day (and the list goes ON AND ON) keep you constantly spending? Do you feel compelled to “participate” even if the calendar conflicts with your cashflow?

For years we have been exposed to television talk shows that depict 2 different extremes: the conservative and the radical. The public has been exposed to everything from the raunchiness of Jerry Springer and Howard Stern to the benevolence of Ellen Degeneres and Oprah Winfrey. If we would all take a second to be honest, most people have a little of each inside of us, and even if we do not, we at least wished we could sneak a peak into the lives of the “other side.” Bill O’Reilly may be too biased, Tyra Banks may be a tad bourgeois, and the ladies of the view may be simply TOO MUCH. So ask yourself a question…is there ANYWHERE for you to tune to find people that really represents YOU!! Outside of the barber shop or nail salon, where can you go to listen to the views of those in your SAME situation instead of those of a Hollywood host? Where can you go to express your opinion before those who literally walk in your shoes?

FM has gotten too censored. You can’t hear through the AM static. And XM may be too expensive. You may not agree with the views of Fox or CNN, but that’s all you had….UNTIL NOW!! “On Tha Spot” was created “for the people, by the people.” But do not get it twisted, we do not live by a Constitution. Instead our panelists and live studio audience have both chosen to live by a code: “If you can’t stand the heat…give up your seat?” In fact, there is probably only ONE thing we all have in common: We are REAL PEOPLE facing REAL ISSUES with REAL TALK!! Sit close to your monitors folks….This could be something special!!
